At FloweryTees, we want you to love your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.


🔄 30-Day Return Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Includes all original tags or labels

To start a return, please contact us at flowerytees@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please email flowerytees@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
