TeeCare Instructions

To keep your t-shirt looking fresh and vibrant, follow these simple tips:

  • Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the design
  • Wash in cold water to help preserve color and fabric
  • Use a gentle detergent
  • Either tumble dry on low or hang it up to air dry

What kind of printing do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for our apparel.

This method works a lot like printing on paper, but for fabric. It uses water-based pigment inks that are applied directly to the surface of the garment, allowing the ink to soak into the fibers of the fabric.

FloweryTees currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Order Fulfillment

For all in-stock items (unless otherwise noted), please allow up to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to prepare and ship your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Available shipping methods and costs will be shown during checkout. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. You can track your order via the provided link. For shipments sent via DHL, please note that your browser’s security settings may need to be adjusted to view tracking details.

Shipping Updates

Status updates will be sent to the email address used at checkout as your order moves through fulfillment and shipping.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all items, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received — including any tags, labels, or protective materials.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process. Once the return is approved and the item is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, so we kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help before you make a purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us by email within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line and attach a photo showing the issue.

We’ll do our best to make things right. Please note: the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We don’t offer exchanges or store credit at this time. Please make sure to review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Order cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of placing the order and during business hours.

Requests made after this period may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please refer to the relevant policies for more information.

Please note: This policy does not apply to requests submitted outside of business hours.

Incomplete Orders & Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing items or parts, FloweryTees will arrange a replacement for the affected products.

Claims for missing items must be submitted within 10 days of the order being marked as delivered.

For items lost or damaged during shipping, additional conditions may apply. Proof of purchase is required, and photo and/or video evidence may be needed to process a claim.

Replacements will only be issued once FloweryTees has confirmed that an item was missing from the original shipment.
